Do you help plan the proposal?
I help with the photography side of planning, including location ideas, timing, lighting, where to stand, and how to make sure the moment is captured beautifully. I will not write your proposal speech, mostly because I do not need that kind of pressure in my life.
Can you hide during the proposal?
If it's part of our plan, then yes! I can photograph from a distance and stay as subtle as possible so the moment still feels private. Depending on the location, I may look like a casual person with a camera, a nature enthusiast, or a woman very invested in a suspicious bush.
What happens after the proposal?
After the proposal, we’ll take a few portraits of the two of you together. These are relaxed, romantic, and perfect for announcing your engagement.
What areas do you photograph proposals in?
I mainly photograph proposals in Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, and surrounding areas in Alberta. (But I'll travel anywhere you're willing to take me!)
Can we book you for our wedding too?
Absolutely. Proposal photography is a beautiful way for us to get to know each other before your wedding. If you love the proposal photos and want the same vibe for your wedding day, I would be so excited to chat.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you have a date in mind, reach out! My calendar can book up quickly, especially during busy photography season, and proposal plans are way less stressful when we have time to plan the sneaky little details together.
